We recently funded a deal that illustrates exactly how our investment model works.

An experienced builder—someone we’ve worked with before—was almost finished with a high-end residential project. He owned the property outright but had an opportunity to pick up his next project before the current one sold. The problem was, his capital was tied up in this project, and timing was tight.

We stepped in with a mid-construction bridge Ioan, secured by the almost-complete property.

The property was finished, listed, and sold—all without a hitch. The borrower moved on to his next build. Our investors earned a fixed return backed by a low-LTV, well-managed asset. Pretty cookie cutter.

We provide fixed, high-yield returns to our capital partners
